We welcome your online application! We also welcome telephone reservations at 888-829-9688 or 906-487-2975 between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Telephone reservations will only be accepted with a minimum $150 deposit and must be followed by an application within two weeks of reservation. Make checks payable to “Michigan Tech”. There will be a fee of $20 for all returned checks.
Each application must include a $150 deposit for each week the applicant wishes to attend. A letter of recommendation from the player's coach and a USA Team Roster (Form 1-T) from the 2007-08 season must accompany ALL elite applications.
The deposit, minus a handling fee of $50, is refundable upon cancellation until June 6, 2008. There are no discounts for late arrivals or early departures. Balance due must be paid no later than June 6, 2008. Registrations are not guaranteed until balance is received and verified. There will be a late fee of $25 for all payments made after June 6, 2008.
Please allow two to three weeks for processing your application and fee. We will send a confirmation of your enrollment. An information packet, including a daily schedule, will be sent to all registered participants in early June. For final payments, your cancelled check is your receipt.
