All lunches except entree salads and pasty lunch include a tossed salad with dressing and a complimentary side dish. Entree salads will be served with fruit cup as the salad course. Dinner rolls and butter will be served with all luncheons except sandwich entrees. Coffee and cake or pie is included with all meals. Tea is available upon request. You are welcome to choose the side dish, salad dressing, and dessert of your meal. Our catering representatives can let you know your choices. If you would like to leave the accompaniments up to us, we would be happy to select items that compliment your entree choice.
For sit-down served menus, no more than two menu choices are recommended, and need to be
accounted for when your guaranteed final count is given. All meals will be billed at the highest plate price selected. Additional menu choices (more than two) may result in an increased price per person. When selecting multiple entrees, please help us identify which guest has ordered each entré selection (we recommend place cards or some other type of identification).
The minimum for a sit-down served luncheon is fifteen people. For groups smaller than fifteen people, we recommend choosing a selection of foods from our a la carte menu, or our box lunches.
If you would like to have your small group "charge" their lunch in our retail
Food Mall, we can make arrangements to have them go through the line and the cashier will
process their receipts for billing.

| Cold Deli Buffet *
Premium Sliced Meats, Assorted Cheeses, Assorted Breads and Rolls, Lettuce,
Tomato, Onion, Condiments, Pasta Salad, Whole Fresh Fruit, Cookies and Bars,
Coffee, Iced Tea or Lemonade, and Water.
- We will prepare 3 oz. of freshly sliced meat and 1 ½ oz. of cheese per person for the standard Sara Lee Cold Buffet. If you know your guests are particularly heavy eaters, we can increase the quantities of meat and cheese for an additional charge.
Italian Pasta Buffet *
Two Pasta Noodles, Two Sauces of your choice, Parmesan Cheese, Sauteed and Seasoned Italian-blend Vegetables (spicy), Garlic Bread, Tossed Caesar Salad, Assorted Cookies and Bars, Coffee, Iced Tea or Lemonade, and Water.
Asian Buffet *
Hot and Sour Soup, Sweet and Sour Pork, Cashew Nut Chicken, Steamed White Rice, Sliced Fresh Fruit Tray, Coffee and Hot Tea, Fortune Cookies and Assorted Bars. A Vegetarian Stir Fry can be subbed for one of the meat items.
Mexican Buffet *
A variety of Hard and Soft Taco Shells, Fried Taco Salad Bowls, and Tortilla Chips to create your own Mexican platter with Beef Taco Meat, Refried Beans or Spanish Rice, Shredded Lettuce, Cheddar Cheese, Salsa, Tomatoes, Onions, Black Olives, Jalapeno Peppers and Sour Cream. Served with Cookies, Coffee, Iced Tea or Lemonade, and Water.
Salad Buffet *
The perfect compliment for a brown bag luncheon or a noon lecture or workshop. Salad buffet includes Tossed Salad with three dressing choices, Croutons, Bacon Bits, Tomatoes, Broccoli Buds, and Cauliflower Florets. Breadsticks, Lemonade, and Cookies complete the offerings.
- * A Value Service - We offer any of the luncheon buffets on our standard menu without the addition of the off-site fee. Delivery charges still apply.
- Additional items, such as a chicken breast filet, lasagna, or soup, may be added to the luncheon buffets for an added charge-consult your catering representative for options and prices.
- We are happy to work with you to customize your menus. Please note, however, that menu modifications, substitutions, and/or splitting menu items into multiple choices, may increase the cost of the buffet.
- Luncheon buffets are available until 3:00 p.m. at the price listed. After 3:00 p.m. larger portions are provided, and a per person surcharge is added to the price.

- Service Standards: Luncheon buffets served in the Memorial Union Building will include china and linen service. Save $1.00 per person by declining the china and linen service normally included with the in-the-MUB luncheon buffets. Luncheon buffets outside of the building will be presented with disposable serviceware. You may upgrade to china and linen service at any time by adding a 35% service charge.
