Picnic 1:

| Hot Dogs each may be added to any picnic, and are encouraged if children are expected. We will do the grilling free for picnics held on
campus. If you would like us to grill your food at an off-campus picnic site, a licence fee will be added to the cost of the picnic for a Health Department required off-site temporary event licence. In all other cases, the food will be prepared at the Memorial Union Building and transported to the service site. |
| The minimum for all picnics is thirty people. Condiments, disposable dishes and disposable flatware are included. The grill (if needed) and the buffet tables will be supplied as part of the picnic package. Tables, chairs and tents are not included, but may be available for rent (see page 6 of our Catering and Building Services packet). Pickup and self-serve orders recieve a 10 percent discount. Milage and labor charges for travel may apply. |
