| To make your special day even more memorable, the Memorial Union will provide the following services for wedding buffets: |
| Free skirting for the head table, cake table, gift table, and DJ tables. |
| White linen napkins up to 200 are available at no extra cost. |
| Mirror tiles will be made available for your use in decorating the tables at no cost. |
| Early same-day use of the room to decorate. Day-before use if schedule permits. |
| You will not be charged extra set-up fees for staging and special table arrangements. |
| We will cut and serve your special event cake, and wash and package the cake parts for you to take home that evening. |
| With the exception of your personal table and room decorations, the wedding cake, and gifts, we will provide full-service set-up and clean-up. |
| No room rental fees. |
| No gratuity expected. |

| The above services are provided, in lieu of dessert, in the buffet price. If you would like the Memorial Union to provide dessert along with the above services, an additional charge will be added. |
