We try hard to accommodate our customers with up-to-date services, a variety of banquet options, and intriguing menu selections. Our first priority is meeting your needs and making your event a success. |
| Our commitment begins with the ability to provide comprehensive services and to provide catering for events ranging from small, intimate meetings to large parties and conferences. We have a spacious ballroom as well as several smaller meeting rooms. Our total capacity at the Memorial Union exceeds 1,000 persons, and our Ballroom alone can accommodate banquets for up to 500 attendees. Central air conditioning on our ballroom level ensures your guests' comfort, and our attractive decor compliments any event. We can also provide a variety of audio and visual equipment for an additional charge. |

| Memorial Union Catering provides a wide array of dining experiences, including breakfast buffets, lunches, cocktail parties, elegant dinner buffets, and sit-down meals. We also offer off-campus catering, such as for picnics, golf outings, wedding receptions, reunions, and open houses. Please note that alcohol service is limited to events taking place in the Union Building. |

Reserve the room you need at the Memorial Union Manager's Office, 487-2543. You will need to provide the date and time of your event, a brief description of your function, and the approximate number of attendees. The more we understand about your event, the
