The effective date of these rates will be September 1, 2009.
Contract for the 2009 – 2010 regular academic year will be written to cover the period from August 20, 2009 through May 10, 2010 (single student group residents only).
Single student area rent is billed at eight equal payments.
Damage charges will not be made against the $100 University Continuing Enrollment Deposit. However, charges for nonpayment of rent due, and the $200 termination fee for not fulfilling of contract will be billed by University Account Department directly to the residents involved. Refund of Continuing Enrollment Deposit will not be withheld due to outstanding housing damage charges.
