Guest Rooms
Located on the main campus of Michigan Tech, Wadsworth Hall offers six motel style guest rooms from two queen beds, one queen bed or two double beds. All rooms include motel type amenities such as iron, coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave, wireless internet, hair dryer, private bathroom and air conditioning. Prices are $79 per night for a room with two queen beds and $59 per night for all other accommodations. Deluxe Suite Apartments
Michigan Tech offers a variety of accommodations, including motel-like apartments referred to as deluxe suites. These affordable one- and two-bedroom units, located in the University apartments residential area, are fully furnished and are available for guests of employees or residents of our apartments, and for participants (and their families) of various programs sponsored by Michigan Tech. The deluxe suites are located close to the main campus and may be reserved either online here or by contacting us at 906-487-2727.
Orientation Week, August 26 - September 1, 2007
To better accomodate incoming students, the guest rooms are not available during Orientation Week.
Summer Accommodations, May 14 - August 6, 2007
During the summer term, Michigan Tech offers accommodation rooms to visitors in comfortable residence hall rooms in the newly renovated Wadsworth Hall. Guests have the option of two types of accommodations.
Room w/ Private Bath
Room accommodations consist of two single beds, two desks, two chairs, two wardrobes, and two dressers. Each room has its own bathroom and small refrigerator, telephone and fan. Rooms are designed for two occupants, but single accommodations may be available. Pillows, pillowcases, sheets, towels and blankets are furnished. Fresh linens and towels are available for exchange at the reception desk. Laundry facilities are available for guest use, free washing and a quarter to dry. Internet service is available at no additional charge. Wireless access points are available in many public lounge areas. Wired connection is also available in each room. A username and password will be assigned to each guest who provides a valid drivers license or passport.
Room rates vary from $36 per night for a single room or $23 per night per person for a room with two twin beds. Rates are subject to Michigan Sales Tax (6%) and may be paid by check, Visa, Mastercard Discover, cash, or departmental account.

Regular room accommodations consist of two single beds, two desks, two chairs, two wardrobes, and two dressers. All guests share private bathrooms down the hall from their room. Rooms are designed for two occupants, but single accommodations may be available. Pillows, pillowcases, sheets, towels and blankets are furnished. Fresh linens and towels are available for exchange at the reception desk. Laundry facilities are available for guest use, free washing and a quarter to dry.
