Important Rental Rules & Guidelines

The SDC and MacInnes Ice Arena is a smoke-free and alcohol-free facility. The sale, consumption, or possession of alcoholic beverages on the premises is prohibited.

No helium balloons are allowed inside the SDC Gym or the MacInnes Ice Arena.

At least 10 days prior to using the building, a detailed floor plan of the show must be submitted to the SDC for approval. The plan shall include aisle widths, travel distances, exits, booth locations, display area configurations, and chair and stage sizes.

Exit signs, fire exits, fire extinguishers, and fire alarm pull stations shall not be blocked.
